What we ask of you?
Please use the products consistently for at least 14 days to allow for your skin to adjust and to see true results (though cease using immediately if you experience a negative reaction).
As your skin adjusts to a new skin care range, it is common that you may at first experience some dryness, flakiness or redness. We have designed Treat Me Skincare to be gentle on the most sensitive skin; however we also understand that everyone’s skin reacts differently, and we understand results may vary.
To be eligible for a refund, please note the following conditions:
The 30 day period begins from the time your order has been dispatched. You will need to provide a photo of the reaction or irritation that has occurred.
Products must be returned with a tracking number within the 30 day period.
Customer is responsible for return postage costs and we recommend you send via registered post as treat Me Skincare will not be held responsible for lost packages.
Once we have received products back we will issue a refund via the original payment method.

When will my order be sent?
To the best of our ability, orders received by 1.30pm, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day. Any orders placed after 1.30pm will be shipped the following day.
How will I know when my order has been sent?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been sent.
Can I change my order once I have placed it?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed and paid for we cannot alter it.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you do not receive your order within 5 business days.
